At 67 Classes, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services. We encourage students and parents to carefully review course details before enrolling. This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds.

1. Registration Fees

All registration, admission, enrollment, and administrative fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

2. Course Fee Refund Eligibility

Students may request a refund only under the following conditions:

Before Course Commencement

If a student withdraws before the official start date of the course:

  • 90% of the course fee may be refunded.

  • 10% shall be deducted towards administrative and processing charges.

After Course Commencement

Once classes have commenced:

  • No refund shall be provided after attending any class session.

  • Course fees become non-refundable once access to study materials, online portals, recordings, or learning resources has been granted.

3. Transfer of Enrollment

Enrollment may be transferred to another batch of the same course, subject to:

  • Seat availability.

  • Approval by management.

  • Applicable transfer charges, if any.

67 Classes reserves the right to approve or reject transfer requests.

4. Cancellation by 67 Classes

In the unlikely event that 67 Classes cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment, faculty unavailability, or operational reasons:

  • Students will be offered an alternative batch or course.

  • If no suitable alternative is available, a full refund of the paid course fee will be processed.

5. Absence from Classes

No refunds, credits, or adjustments shall be granted for:

  • Missed classes

  • Late joining

  • Partial attendance

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

  • Vacations or travel

  • Medical absences

6. Academic Performance

67 Classes does not guarantee specific examination results, grades, admissions, scholarships, or academic outcomes.

Refund requests based on:

  • Academic performance

  • Examination results

  • Personal expectations

  • Student dissatisfaction with grades shall not be entertained.

7. Online Programs

For online courses, no refund shall be granted once:

  • Login credentials have been issued.

  • Course materials have been shared.

  • Access to recorded sessions or digital resources has been provided.

8. Processing of Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Processing may take 7-14 business days.

  • Any applicable banking, payment gateway, or transaction charges may be deducted.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests arising from exceptional situations may be reviewed at the sole discretion of the management.

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

The decision of 67 Classes management shall be final and binding.
